The Deposition of Jesse Weaver taken inn the above cause by order of the Court.
Q. What is your name & residence and what relation are you to Hart Weaver deceased? What arfe the names of the heirs of said Hart Weaver and what are their respective interests in his estate?
Ans. My name is Jesse Weaver and I reside in the Dist. No. 19 of Montgomery County, and am a son of Hart Weaver, dec'd. The heirs of Hart Weaver are Delilah Wickham, wife of S.G. Wickham; Eliza Wickham widow of John Wickham; Mary Riley, widow of Pat Riley and myself Jesse Weaver, all of whom are living and are entitled one fifth interest each in said estate and the Children of Henry H. Weaver deceased to wit; John H. Weaver, Sam'l Weaver, Henry Weaver, James Weaver, Louella Powers, wife of John Powers, and also Mrs. Maria Lyle who are entitled to 1/6 of 1/5 or 1/30 each of said Hart Weavers estate.

In Obedience to an order to me directed in the cuse of J. H. Weaver etals vs J. E. Weaver Adm. etals. order me to take proof and report the name number and respective interests of the heirs of Hart Weaver dec'd in the funds in said cause arising from the sale of the in the pleadings mentioned. I caused Jesse Weaver to come before me and testify, and whose deposition is herewith filed in support of this report and from the proof so taken I report that the said Hart Weaver had five children four of who are living and one dec'd in the funds in said cuase arising from the sale of the land in the pleadings mentioned. I caused Jesse Weaver to come before me and testify, and whose deposition is herewith filed in support of this report, and from the proof so taken. I reprt that the said Hart Weaver had five children four of whom are living and one dead to wit.
1 Delilah Wickham wife of S. G. Wickham who is entitled to 1/5
2 Eliza Wickham widow of Wm. Wickham who is entitled to 1/5
3 Mary Riley widow of Pat Riley who is entitled to 1/5
4 Jesse Weaver who is entitled to 1/5
5 Henry Weave who died leaving as his heir at law
Six children viz
1 Joh H. Weaver whi is entitled to 1/6 of 1/5
2 Sam G. Weaver who is entitled to 1/6 of 1/5
3 Henry Weaver who is entitled to 1/6 of 1/5
4 James Weaver who is entitled to 1/6 of 1/5

6 And Mrs. Maria Lyle entltled to 1/6 of 1/5
