      The petition of R. L. Lyle, Adm. Of John Jackson deceased
      -vs-
      J. T. Jackson, Sam Jackson, Mrs. M. E. Hunt & husband, Bailey Hunt, Georgia Ann Jackson, Nattie Harris Jackson, Citizens of Montgomery Co. Tenn. Will Schoate and Lee Schoate non-resident of the State of Tenn.
      Petitioner represents that the two last named persons are minors, and are grandchildren of John Jackson dec; that all the other persons named as defendants except Bailey Hunt are children of John Jackson dec, and he is the husband of a daughter (M.E. Hunt) of John Jackson dec. The parties named are the only heirs of John Jackson dec. Petitioner is the administrator of the said Jackson, who died intestate in Montgomery Co., Tenn. On the day of June 1894. Said intestate left seal estates in the 18th & 19th civil districts of said County as follows:.
